@chris you have a Windy. Have seen more Egrets in my life than a Windy. You are a real arcade owner!

Yeah, don’t get me wrong, I looooove the Windy 2 and I don’t actually want an Egret… just seems like all the cool kids have an Egret

If you’re up for a YouTube recommendation outside of the usual suspects try The Electric Starship.
TBF I don't really listen to many now. I used to listen to the retro hour but now find that show really irritating as two of the three of them don't really seem to know a great deal and it's full of cringe worthy advertising.

I listen to this week in retro mainly. I like Neil and his podcast often has some interesting stories.

Occasionally think I should do one about rad shmups and arcade games but it'd take too much time and nobody would listen to it

I traded my E2 back in the days for a Windy with @Wurstkopp. That E2 ended up with @Jan at some point. Not sure if he still has it. It even had the alarm installed :D Jan, if you haven't parted with it yet and want to get rid of it one day... please call me ;) I loved the Windies, but I only "collect" Taito cabs and since this E2 didn't cost one quadrillion €€€ I had to go for it.

Dayum! I meant to pick that game up years ago. I should've when I could've!

I have an E2 but only so I can rotate a 29" screen without breaking in two. I would much rather have 2 Astros. I think Astros are the best cabs overall.

This is Jan we're talking about. He probably traded it and bought it back twice over since then. ;)

(Excuse the film on the outside, it’s gone back in the box until we move)

Poster arrived last week, frame arrived today.

This is the poster from the limited edition Bitmap Bureau Metal Slug book (fantastic book!!).

I missed out on getting a limited edition copy of the book (profound sadness), but the poster came up on eBay recently.

Not sure I’ll ever hang it, but it’s a fun thing to have in the collection.

That appears to be a CPS3 kit box, not CPS2.

Although it's a CPS3 box, might have been repurposed in Capcom fashion for the all in one z3 board.

It's a three Wonders kit, minus the PCB. Probably close enough to SZ3 for the owner :)

I just whipped it out for a sneak peak & its very light, I think the stand is heavier.

@yosai even my Miele washer/dryer is A rated.

I just did this to two Noirs today, same monitor too.

WTF does these 1440p monitors not do integer scaling for 720p video?

Also, the OSD is awful. I hope I never have to touch it again.
