Before any cleaning work had started:-
Antistatic screen coating was in pretty bad shape, but after a bit (lot!) of 'novus 3' action it turned out really nice:-
After a 'quick once over' clean and a couple of replacement buttons and balltops:-
I just need to give it a proper full all over clean, and then get out the 30mm drill-bit to mount the extra six buttons.

Re: cab buyers please supply photos
Allright, my cabs arrived this morning, not exactly as planned
Grantspain PM'ed me yesterday and amongst others he told me that my 16 cabs were collected by the transport company. I thought that he was joking on me, because they should be picked up today. To be certain I checked my order acknowledgement and indeed it said pick up on 24 July and delivery on Monday 27th.
That sat me at ease me because I did arrange some help and a fork lift truck for Monday.
This morning, while I was eating my breakfast, suddenly a huge truck showed up in front of my house PANIC !!
At first I didn't know what to do and I stupidly asked the Polish driver to get back on Monday No way, he said, I want to go home today (which was also the reason why he picked upt the cabs yesterday instead of today). What the ****, if you can't do without your wife and kids, then don't become an international truck driver!!!
I took a walk to the back of the truck to see if it had the loading bridge I paid for, but of course that was also not there I got really ****, but hey what can you do. My neighbour had a cargo lifter in his shed, and the chauffeur did want to help unloading (which is normally not the case, he really wants to go home I suppose).
So we went unloading the cabs by hand which was a pretty heavy thing to do. Luckiliy I'm a very muscular guy and after half an hour or so the cabs where on my drive way. Fortunately the predicted heavy rainfall didn't arrive yet.
Here are some pics. I will not do much more for the rest of the day (my back is broken), but I will post some more pics of the unpacked cabs later. Oh, and whoever packed the cabs: guys, you did a terrific job, thanks. Now I quit, because I have to e-mail a polite message to the shipping broker.

Good work. I think it was Grant's two boys who wrapped the cabs.

Just looekd at my cab in the daylight, instant burn.
Metal slug imprinted on the screen turned off and also insert coin..
i dont get it, lordstar got a decent monitor and he was below me on the list, ok his was more yellow, but i thought monitors were priority when allocating cabs to customers.
howcome i got the one with burn?

I wouldn't worry unless it shows when your playing a game, or grab one of the nice 29" monitors grant has at the lockup for £50.Frogger33 wrote:Just looekd at my cab in the daylight, instant burn.
